Going back to school can be stressful for the entire family. Here's a checklist for parents to help keep you calm, cool, and collected.

 

  • Weekly menu prep and grocery lists! Plan out your meals for the week before heading to the grocery store to make sure you get everything you need

  • Did someone say Bento Box? Young, old, or in between....bento boxes are perfect for school, work, or on-the-go! Pack 'em with protein to fuel you up for the day! Here are some ideas for the perfect bento box:
    • Hard-boiled eggs
    • Cubed turkey or chicken
    • Cheese
    • Grapes
    • Pretzels or chips
    • Trail mix
    • Cut carrots and celery 
    • Mini PB&J sandwiches
    • Mixed berries
    • Apples
