Make your ice cream treats even sweeter by making ice cream sandwiches using eggo waffles!

Ingredients:

6 Kellogg's® Eggo® Minis Homestyle waffles
3 scoops (2 tbsp. each) vanilla ice cream
mulit-colored sprinkles

Directions:

Prepare Kellogg's® Eggo® Minis Homestyle waffles according to package directions. Cool for 10 minutes.
Place 3 of the waffles on serving plate. Top each with 1 scoop of ice cream. Arrange remaining waffles on top, slightly pressing to flatten ice cream scoops. Press sprinkles into sides of each sandwich, if desired. Serve immediately.
