slices Tillamook Sharp Cheddar Cheese or Tillamook Extra Sharp White Cheddar Cheese

Kaiser rolls, split and toasted
1
Tomato, thinly sliced
Pickles, thinly sliced
Lettuce leaves, washed

medium Onion, thinly sliced
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Your favorite condiments!
Directions
Form the beef into 4 ½-inch thick patties. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat a large skillet or grilling pan on medium-heat.
Cook the burgers for 4 minutes on each side or until a thermometer inserted in the center reads 155°F.
Top each patty with a cheese slice, turn off the heat and cover until the cheese melts.
Serve the burgers on the rolls with tomatoes, pickles, lettuce, onions and your favorite condiments.

Instrucciones
Forme hamburguesas de 11 cm de grosor con la carne. Sazone con sal y pimienta.
Caliente una sartén grande o una plancha para asar a fuego medio.
Cocine las hamburguesas durante 4 minutos por cada lado o hasta que un termómetro insertado en el centro marque 70 °C.
Cubra cada hamburguesa con una loncha de queso, apague el fuego y tape hasta que el queso se derrita.
Sirva las hamburguesas en los panecillos con tomate, pepinillos, lechuga, cebolla y sus condimentos favoritos
