Scalloped Potatoes using Kraft Natural Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1-1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
  • 2-1/2 lb. baking potatoes, skin on, thinly sliced
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan, divided

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Whisk heavy cream, flour, garlic and pepper in medium bowl until Stir in milk and chives.
  3. Place half the potatoes in 3-qt baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; layer with half each of the milk mixture, mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers; cover.
  4. Bake 50 or until potatoes are tender, uncovering for the last 20 min.
  5. Let stand 10 to 15 min. before cutting to serve.
