Caring For Our Communities During COVID-19
At CTown, we believe food is the essence of community. Now more than ever, we understand how important it is to provide your family with everything they need. We realize how challenging the last few weeks have been for all of us as we adjust to the new normal.
While all of our locations are independently owned and operated, measures are being taken individually and collectively to ensure we can continue to remain open for business and serve our local neighborhoods.
- All stores have posted Social Distancing Guidelines provided by the CDC and are taking measures to protect everyone’s safety. These measures may include, but are not limited to: limiting the number of shoppers allowed in the store at one time; special senior-citizen hours; limiting the number of checkout lanes open in order to maintain space; installing plexiglass barriers to protect our cashiers; increasing sanitization efforts on all high-touch areas; providing disinfecting wipes for use on shopping carts and baskets; temporarily closing service areas like delis and in-store dining tables.
- Our store owners and their associates are working around the clock to keep their shelves stocked with all the items your family needs. Please know that if prices at the shelf are higher than you remember them being, it is because we are purchasing these products at a higher cost.
- Some locations may have temporarily changed the hours that they are open. The best way to find out your local stores business hours is by finding your CTown here https://locations.ctownsupermarkets.com/
- Some locations may be taking orders over the phone. The best way to find out if your local store is offering this service is to call them directly. Their number can be found here https://locations.ctownsupermarkets.com/
When shopping in our stores, we ask all our customers to be mindful of their surroundings and follow social distancing guidelines. If it is possible, limit the number of people in your family you bring with you food shopping.
Most of all, please remember, all of our employees are working tirelessly to continue to serve you and your community during these uncertain times- they deserve our utmost respect and gratitude.
We remain committed and proud to serve you through even the most difficult of times.
