Ultimate Lunch: Fried Bologna Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 Hawaiian slider rolls

  • 1/4 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 slices OSCAR MAYER Original Bologna
  • 1 tsp. HEINZ Yellow Mustard
  • 2 tsp. KRAFT Real Mayo
  • 1+ shredded iceberg lettuce leaves
  • 1 slice KRAFT Singles American

Directions

  • Cut 4 parallel slits into the middle of each bologna slice.
  • Melt margarine in a medium skillet on medium heat. Add bologna; cook 2 to 3 min. on each side or until each slice is lightly browned on both sides.
  • Spread slider rolls with mustard, then mayo. Fill with lettuce, bologna, and Singles to make 2 sandwiches.
