NY Deli Pastrami Sandwich with Gulden's Mustard

Ingredients: 

  • 2 tsbp butter
  • 2 Marbled rye bread slices
  • 9 oz Beef pastrami, thinly sliced
  • 2 Provolone Cheese thin slices
  • 1/2 cup prepared coleslaw
  • 2 tbsp Gulden's® Spicy Brown Mustard

Directions:

 

  1.  Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2.  Butter one side of each rye bread slice with 1 tablespoon of butter. Place rye bread, butter side down, on hot griddle until slightly toasted.
  3.  Place rye bread slices on sheet tray. Layer one bread slice with pastrami and provolone cheese.
  4. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is toasted.
  5. Remove from oven; spread coleslaw over cheese.
  6.  Spread plain bread slice with spicy brown mustard; place, mustard side down, over coleslaw. Cut in half.
