Easy Clamato® Chamochela Recipe

Are you like me and LOVE Micheladas? There's something about the spicyness mixed with the cold beer that is just so refreshing for me. The best part about Micheladas is that there are so many different ways to make them! But there's always two things that are essential to making a classic Michelada...tomato juice and clam juice. Wouldn't it be nice if there was some product that had BOTH in it...hmmm...wait a minute...there is! Clamato® has the perfect combination of tomato juice and clam juice to make any Michelada perfect. Check out this sweet and savory Chamochela recipe made with Clamato®:

 

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz. light beer
  • 6 oz Clamato® Original
  • 3 teaspoons of Chamoy (liquid)
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 3 tablespoons coconut cream
  • Tamarind candy in straw
  • Lime
  • Tajin®
  • Ice

 

Directions:

  1. Run lime across rim of mug or glass
  2. Dip mug or glass in Tajin, coat evenly
  3. Add ice
  4. Add coconut cream, pineapple juice, and chamoy
  5. Fill with Clamato® and beer
  6. Garnish with tamarind candy
  7. ENJOY!
