Going back to school can be stressful for the entire family. Here's a checklist for parents to help keep you calm, cool, and collected.

 

  • Weekly menu prep and grocery lists! Plan out your meals for the week before heading to the grocery store to make sure you get everything you need

    • Cheese
    • Grapes
    • Pretzels or chips
    • Trail mix
    • Cut carrots and celery
