Pasta Rinaldi Tonnato

Serving Size: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces fettuccine, uncooked
  • 2 tablespoon garlic-flavored olive oil
  • 2 cups Francesco Rinaldi® "Chunky Garden Style" Tomato, Garlic & Onion Pasta Sauce
  • ½ cup dry white wine
  • 2 (6 oz.) cans solid white tuna, packed in oil, drained
  • ½ cup sliced pitted brine-cured olives (such as Kalamata)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped Italian parsley.

Cooking Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Return to pot and toss with oil.
  2. Combine pasta sauce and wine in saucepan.
  3. Mix in tuna and olives, keeping tuna in large chunks.
  4. To serve spoon sauce over pasta. Garnish with chopped parsley.
