Hamburger Stroganoff

Hamburger Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 bag (10 ounces) sliced mushrooms
  • 1 c low-fat sour cream
  • 1 cn (15 oz.) Libby’s sweet peas, drained
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Pepper
  • 1 package (1 pound) linguine or egg noodles, cooked

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add beef and cook over medium heat, stirring and breaking up with a spoon, until browned. Remove from skillet with slotted spoon.
  2. Add mushrooms to skillet; cook over medium-high heat until browned.
  3. Return beef to skillet, stir in sour cream, peas, salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Serve over noodles.
