Citrus Marinated Grilled Chicken Breasts

Serving Size: 4 Servings

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Filippo Berio Extra Light Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
  • ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
  • Additional Filippo Berio Extra Light Olive Oil for brushing grill

Cooking Instructions

Place the chicken breasts in a large, resealable plastic bag.

Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.

Shake the bag a little to coat chicken, and press out the air as you seal it.

Refrigerate the chicken in the marinade for 45 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the refrigerator but keep in the marinade for another 15 minutes.

Before lighting a gas or charcoal grill, lightly oil the grill grate with additional olive oil to prevent sticking.

On medium heat, grill chicken breasts 5-7 minutes on each side or until done, with an internal temperature of 160°F.
