Spinach, Orange, and Red Onion Salad

Serving Size: 4 to 6
 

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (6 ounces) baby spinach leaves
  • 2 navel oranges
  • 1/2 small red onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Filippo Berio Olive Oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Cooking Instructions

Place the spinach, oranges, and onions in a bowl. Drizzle with the oil. Add the salt.

With the back of a spoon, press some of the orange slices to release their juice.
