Good Old Maryland Blue Crab Cakes

Serving Size: 4 servings
 

Ingredients

  • 2 slices white bread, crusts removed and torn into pieces
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Davis Baking Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 pound lump crabmeat

Cooking Instructions

In a large bowl soak bread pieces in milk until moistened. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Using wet hands, shape mixture into patties. In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook crab cakes 3 to 4 minutes; turning to brown on both sides until done.
