Apple-Orange-Raisin Salad

Serving Size: Serves 4 to 6

Ingredients

  • 4 Gala apples, cut into chunks
  • 2 navel oranges, cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 1 tablespoon Filippo Berio Extra Light Olive Oil or Filippo Berio Olive Oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the apples, oranges, raisins, and oil.
  2. Press some oranges with the back of a spoon to release juice.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
  4. Allow to sit at room temperature 10 minutes before tossing and serving.
