Ingredients

  • 2 cups Swanson® Chicken Stock
  • 1/4 cup Chablis or other dry white wine
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed, crushed
  • 4 thin lemon slices

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat the stock, wine, dill and lemon in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat to a boil.
  2. Add the fish to the skillet. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  3. Discard the poaching liquid.
